We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Paypal, wire transfers, Western Union and checks. For those who would prefer to pay with a personal or company check, please allow 15 days for the check to clear.
Most custom orders ship in about 2 weeks. Quick ship orders ship in 2 days. Most products ship out of Chicago and take about 3 days to the East Coast and 5 days to the West Coast.
Bar Stools and Chairs only sells top quality commercial grade seating products. Each bar stool and chair that we sell is built to be strong enough for every day use in a 24 hour diner, restaurant, hotel, garage, and other commercial establishments.
Bar Stools and Chairs will do its best to match or beat its competitor's pricing on identical items. If you see an item for less, let us know. We will do our best to earn your business. Based on our sales volume and relationships with suppliers, we should be less expensive than other furniture stores.
Note About 4th of July Holiday
All of our quick-ship and custom-upholstered items ship directly from our manufacturer’s warehouse. They close June 28, 2012 and reopen July 7, 2013 for the Independence Day holiday. Custom orders placed after December 10 may have up to a week of additional lead time due to the holiday shutdown. All orders placed between the 21st and the 3rd will begin production on January 3rd.
Custom item lead times on orders received after June 27 will begin on July 7
Quick-ship items ordered between June 28 and July 7 will ship on or around July 9.
Bar Stools and Chairs offers heavily discounted freight on all items shipping to the continental 48 states. We offer free freight on our line of officially licensed team logo bar stools. We can ship any item to Alaska, Hawaii, and internationally for an additional freight charge. If you would like to arrange for a pickup we can avoid a shipping charge. Most products can be picked up in Chicago, Illinois.
We ship most of our orders via UPS ground. We have found UPS to be the best at handling our large cartons of furniture. Their tracking service is second to none. Air freight is available for a substantial premium.
For larger orders, we may choose to ship your order via common carrier. Our preferred trucking companies are Roadrunner Dawes and The Custom Companies.
Quick Ship products are in stock and typically ship in 2-3 business days. Custom orders ship in about 2-3 weeks. Most products will take about 2-3 days to ship to the Midwest and about 4-5 days to ship to the East Coast or West Coast.
From time to time, shipping companies make mistakes. If your order was received short or damaged, please make a note on the shipper's receiving ticket and give us a call right away. We will do our best to locate, replace, or fix any item damaged or missing.
If for any reason you or your company has an issue with a particular carrier, please inform us at the time of purchase. We will do our best to accommodate.

Bar Stools and Chairs offers hundreds of styles in dozens of colors. Most of our products are built to order. For example, when you order 10 bar stools in Red Cracked Ice, 10 bar stools are built from scratch using Red Cracked Ice Upholstery. With this in mind, we are unable to accept returns for custom orders. We will gladly send color swatches before you purchase at no charge.
In addition to our custom orders, we also offer many quick ship items and team logo bar stools. Our quick ship diner chairs, quick ship bar stools, and team logo stools may be returned unused less a 25% restocking fee.
If for any reason, Bar Stools and Chairs makes a mistake on your order, we will fix it as quickly as possible at our own expense.All products carry a one year manufacturer's warranty against defects.
